Designed by Davenport Campbell and delivered in collaboration with Project One, the DPT1 Suite required a series of custom tables within a particularly tight project programme.

Australian Design & Co supplied a collection of custom-sized Drum Tables, including a large boardroom table, reception table and front of house meeting tables. Finished in Natural Oak veneer, each table was tailored to the project, with custom dimensions, refined edge detailing and integrated power and data requirements.

With the originally specified tables carrying a 12–14 week lead time, our  locally manufactured DrumTable range provided the flexibility the programme demanded.

Despite the custom sizing and detailing, the complete order was delivered in approximately 6–7 weeks. 

The project demonstrates the advantage of local manufacturing: customisation, responsive production and significantly reduced lead times without compromising the design intent.
